What's Involved:

  • Secret Shopper will call our office on the date/time scheduled and share the provided information about a fictitious car accident that they were involved in recently.

  • Secret Shopper will follow standard post-call requests and complete a follow up survey.

  • A check for $100 is mailed to you within X days.
